The Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) Integrity Hotline allows confidential and anonymous reporting of known or suspected improper activity or wrongdoing. You may choose to report anonymously.

We strictly adhere to our BCM Code of Conduct. Baylor prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports concerns in good faith.
The Integrity Hotline is an additional avenue to reporting to your supervisor, management, faculty member, peer or physician for concerns regarding violations of the BCM Code of Conduct, policies, standards, ethics, or laws. BCM promotes and supports a culture of disclosure.

The Title IX Office is charged with the investigation and resolution of alleged violations of BCM polices. This reporting form is intended to report incidents of sexual assault, sexual harassment, dating/domestic violence, stalking, and sex discrimination. If possible, please include the BCM ID number of all parties.

MANDATORY REPORTERS: BCM employees reporting on behalf of another party CANNOT maintain anonymity or confidentiality nor use pseudonyms within their reporting obligations. If you are employed by the College, you MUST relay all information received (including names, location, incident, involved parties, etc.)
